Nuit Blanche Toronto 2019 will feature two City-produced exhibitions led by curators Ashley McKenzie-Barnes with "Queens and Kings of Scarborough" and Layne Hinton and Rui Pimenta with "Creation: Destruction". 2019 curators and artists will reflect on the event-wide theme of
